You can wear anything comfortable. Depending on the climate - t-shirts, sweatshirts, thermal tops, shorts, leggings, lycra tights, tracksters or warmup pants, windproofs or rainproofs. The chances are that you already have what you need, for the moment at least. The important thing to remember is not to overdress (a common beginners mistake) as you will be much warmer while running.
