Saturday 13th- swimming becomes a bike ride. Due to a gala taking place at the Quays on Saturday 13 March there will be no swimming.  Poppy's usual cycle training session will be replaced by Darryl and Linda leading a bike ride round the New Forest starting from Eling as usual at 1045. see here http://tinyurl.com/m84t4c for map

Sunday 14th bike ride cancelled as several of us are away in Lanzarote and I have no volunteers to replace me! Volunteer needed to lead ride on Sunday 21st as I will be away
