TIME TRIALS look for events here http://www.southdc.org.uk/ - time trials only cost a couple of pounds, and you are racing against yourself. A great way to improve your speed. NFCC have one pretty much every Tues. Details at www.newforestcc.co.uk/events .  Please note that for the NFCC races it is recommended you book in by phone during the day with the friendly organiser, Margaret Read on 01425 653822.

SWIMMING I have now put all the swimming info on a single page rather than repeat every time.  It now contains all lake plus Calshot sea swimming details.  The swim time for Calshot this Sunday is 1330 - click here https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10404889/STC%20swimming%20information%20times%20and%20locations.docx for full pool, lake, sea details, along with maps and website links.  There is now a Facebook entry for Ellingham shown on the sheet

OAKLANDS - please note the Oaklands session is not running until further notice due to a leak

sorry forgot to add that there is NO SWIMMING at Ellingham this Sunday due to the Forestman race. However there is swimming as usual on Saturday PLUS a swim time trial for an extra £1 at 0630 on Saturday with a prize of £50 for anyone who breaks the current record of 16:12 for a lap
