It also helps avoiding running the poor creatures over.

I look at cars and their drivers when I cycle. On one side it helps you to be safe but also if there is not a lot of traffic I think about the make of the car and what I know about it - watching Top Gear helps!

Think of something what is really horrible/ tastes disgusting and you try to swim/ cycle/ run away from it for example your mother-in-law tries to chase you. Or your partner is after your credit card.

Or do the opposite...think that at the end is something what you really want. Hot bath, beer, or in my case a glass of red wine - ok, make it a bottle.
Think of things which makes you laugh. Peter Kay, Michael MacIntyre, Allen Carr or simply your partner or children. I sometimes laugh about myself!

My main mantra is: Everything is possible!

However the following three do keep me going as well: No raining, no training.
If you walk through hell, keep walking.
Catch the light of a day of sunshine, keep it safe and when the night falls don't forget that there is somewhere a light.

I would not be the Germanator if I would not have a German mantra: Everything has an end, only the sausage has two!

Let me know if you need more.

Andrea

Andy Moore comments on 1000km run...Andy Moore vs Sam Morton?

I'd be up for it.

Round and round a track?

Andy.
