Why not come and try a swim or track taster session.
The swim taster sessions are either 20:00 on Monday at the Quays or 20:00 on Friday at Oaklands Community Pool. The track session is at 19:30 on Thursday at the Athletics Track, Southampton Outdoor Centre.

Once you have organised your swim taster session we ask that you get poolside at least 5 mins early, introduce yourself to one of the coaches or members waiting by the pool for the session to start. For the track taster session we also ask that you arrive in plenty of time for the start at 19:30. The coach of the session you attend should be able to answer any questions you may have, along with anyone of the committee members who are usually there.

Concessionary fee for students/unwaged/over 60 years of age - £19
Junior Members aged up to 18 years and in full time education - £14
Non-swim member option - £3. This includes everything except our swim sessions and parking at the Quays.
We are particularly keen to encourage new members to take part actively in triathlons and other similar events (eg duathlons, cycling time trials, open water swims), and do expect you to have plans to do so. The club ethos is one of active participation in races and club activities, so feel free to get in touch with us for any advice about the best way to start out and the best type of events if you are a beginner.
